is an outsource partner of the Embassies listed in this website in the Philippines. Applicants that must submit a VISA application through PIASI/VIAC agrees to likewise submit other required documents and applicable fees necessary for VISA processing. After VISA applications are processed by the chosen Embassy, PIASI/VIAC, through a commercial courier service partner, returns all returnable documents to Applicants, except where the applied for Embassy elects to return such documents directly to an Applicant.

PIASI/VIAC do hereby declare that they have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the applied for Embassy. Therefore, PIASI/VIAC will not in any manner be liable or responsible for any delay in the processing or rejection of any visa applications, once the documents have been delivered to the applied for Embassy.

PIASI and its courier-partners will exert all efforts in ensuring that your documents will be delivered on time. Please note that neither PIASI nor its courier-partner will be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure etc). The courier already identified certain areas as ‘unserviceable’ or ‘Out of Delivery Area’.PIASI will inform you if your delivery or pick-up address is on this list and will inform you of any possible delay.

PIASI VIAC will take every precaution in handling passports and documents submitted by applicants.
Embassies may change fees associated to a visa application without prior notice. It is best to either visit our website at www.via.ph, or the Embassy’s official website, or contact the call centre before lodging/submitting your visa application. Should there be any sudden changes in fees that affect your application, you will be duly informed on how to settle any discrepancies.

The only charges you will be asked to pay are the visa fees and PIASI / VIAC handling fees.

The fees once paid by the Applicant are not refundable under any circumstances.

All Bank Manager’s Checks are subject to clearing.

For all legalization -related inquiries, please contact 1909-101-3456.This service is available thru a toll call charge costing PHP 32.00 per minute excluding VAT and applicable NDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila. Additional rates may apply for calls made through payphones, prepaid phone cards or mobile phones. Please check with your telephone provider for details. These numbers are accessible to calls made within the Philippines only.

Please note that setting an appointment to submit visa application is optional. Applicants may also go directly to our VIA Centers to lodge their applications.

Effective 27 February 2017, Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM (Except during public holidays).
