Effective 01 April 2016, interested applicants may contact the toll-free Call Center at (02)845 9215 for general inquiries and (02) 845 9200 to book an appointment.

Please note that setting an appointment to submit visa application is optional. Applicants may also go directly to our VIA Centers to lodge their applications.

Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (except during public holidays) to answer general queries or book an appointment for applicants who wish to submit their visa application on a specific date.

Agents can book appointments for applicants who wish to submit their visa application on a specific date. For pre-qualified applicants, visa applications may be submitted using a courier delivery service.

Applicants required to submit additional documents (as requested by the Embassy) can book a nationwide one-way courier pick-up of their documents.

A courier fee of P215.00 per applicant will apply. Courier fee is payable in cash and must be settled directly with the courier upon pick-up of the additional documents.

The VIA Centre is proud to offer clients additional services, including legalization, translation, or our Premium VIP service for visa applicants.

WALKINWALK-IN APPLICANTS & CHARGES

The VIA Centre is a service facility where visa applicants can walk-in and obtain current visa information or submit completed visa applications for travel to Italy.

Please note that setting an appointment to submit visa application is optional. Applicants may also go directly to our VIA Centers to lodge their applications.

  • Visa application lodgment & biometric service – PHP 1,100 per applicant (inclusive of return courier & all applicable taxes)
  • Submission of Additional Documents – PHP 75.00 per transaction

* Information and assistance on pre-lodgment requirements are available free of charge. Please note that the above service fees are in addition to the Visa Fee, both of which are non refundable

OPERATING HOURS

The VIA Centre is open daily, Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (except holidays). Submission of visa applications are accepted Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 2:30PM and Fridays from 8:00AM to 1:30PM.

For all legalization -related inquiries, please contact 1909-101-3456.This service is available thru a toll call charge costing PHP 32.00 per minute excluding VAT and applicable NDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila. Additional rates may apply for calls made through payphones, prepaid phone cards or mobile phones. Please check with your telephone provider for details. These numbers are accessible to calls made within the Philippines only.

Please be informed that the call cost PHP 32.00 per minute exclusive of VAT and NDD/IDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila, sufficient load is required in case of prepaid telephones.
